My friend Rachael and I were walking home from work tonight when I saw this in someone's trash. Just like Nanny, I went dumpster diving and snagged it. I'm not sure what I am going to do with it, but I thought it looked cool and wasn't ready for the trash. I had to save it! Is that what Nanny says? Oh goodness. Someone stop me.

Nanny taught you well. I love the pose. Nice frame too! Maybe you can blow up the picture and put it in the frame. That would be cool.
IDEA! Get a piece of screen (like that's on a screen door) and staple it to the back. Then you can put all your earrings on them and keep them organized while looking stylish!
Maybe you can find some scraps of lace and beads, and glue them on, Nanny style. Are there any pictures of Dutch people in Korea?

I actually have a screen earring thing like realolivegreen suggests. It's wonderful.
But Charissa's idea? Come.On. Blow up the pic, "fix" the frame, and give it to Nanny. Then paint on it, or put a dutch hat on your head.
I love all the ideas! I have done the screen earring holder before, but this frame is kind of large and I don't have that many earrings here...yet.
I think in true Nanny-style I need to hot-glue some lace, beads and maybe a couple doll-heads or other random knick-knacks to the outside then put my picture in it and paint something on top of that. Thanks for the ideas cousins! :)

Nazarene & Wesleyan merger??? Not discussed. Now to your Nanny's nature. Your name is Dalene? There seems to be some really strange DNA between the 3 of you! I agree with most everyone. However, it would be best if you keep dumpster diving until you find just the right thing to frame. It seems me others have given you suggestions that might mean you would have to spend money. I believe there would be something Asian you could do that would manifest itself perfectly from a Korean Dumpster. IT IS SUNDAY SO GO HAPPY WORHIPPING AND THE DO SOME SERIOUS DIVING.
You need to go back another generation to Nellie Marshall. She brought dumpster hopping to a class act. She could bring home a truck full of stuff at the landfill in Hill City. In the picture, your eyes are getting slanted...is this because you are among Koreans?
