This meal isn't even slightly Korean. I bought all the ingredients in Korea and made it here though. That counts as Korean cooking, right? Big Dalene wants me to create a cookbook with her. I am definitely not a good enough cook to be published, but I thought this meal was really pretty. What do you think Dalene...you cook, I "style" and photograph the food? We could make it work...

Mmmmm. Looks very yummy. What is it?
These days, if I can pass off a can of cheap ravioli as a main dish I'M IN!!!
Ha Ha....
What is in that dish???
Charissa, it doesn't have a name. It's just my creation.
Dalene, it has noodles (obviously), shrimp, mushrooms, green peppers, garlic, tomatoes and some seasoning.
love the plate! hey, i spent 45 minutes in B-Ville last weekend and had a moment of silence for you!
It looks good to me.. I will be waiting for the Double "D" Cookbook.. It sounds like a world class duo..
I always enjoy meals that look like that. What type of spices did you use? Did you bring them from home?
